- Presentation of final construction schedule-timeline.
- Submission of the final contract, and on approval, the construction activities will commence.
Construction Phase
- A project manager will be appointed for day-to-day contact on-site.
- A periodic walkthrough will be organized to give you work progress, weekly update, etc.
- If necessary, the changes will be made in the design or plans.
- On completion of the project, the project manager and consultant will walk you through the finished project.
- Getting your feedback and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your new office.
